• 400gm of chicken, cut into serving sizes
• 1 big onion, sliced
• 2 small tomatoes, quartered
• 1 sprig of curry leaves

Cooking Method:

• Sauté chicken meat with Asian Meals Meat Curry paste in a wok with onions
• Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until meat is cooked.
• Add 120ml of water, and mix well.
• Add in the tomatoes and curry leaves to stir fry until dry. Ready to serve

• 200ml of water
• 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce (optional)

Cooking Method:

• Add in water and potatoes, and mix well.
• Add in coconut milk, mix well, bring to boil, cover and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
• Add soy sauce, and stir well to serve.
