Ingredients:
1- 120gm of Asian Meals Meat Curry paste
2-400gm mutton, chopped into serving sizes
3- 180gm coconut cream
4- 120ml water
Cooking Method:
1- Sauté mutton with Asian Meals Meat Curry paste.
2- Add in water, mix well and bring to boil.
3- Add coconut milk, mix well and bring to boil.
4- Cover and reduce the flame to simmer for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender to serve.

Chicken Varuval With AsianMeals Meat Curry Paste
Ingredients:
1- 120gm of Asian Meals Meat Curry paste
2- 400gm of chicken, cut into serving sizes
3- 1 big onion, sliced
4- 2 small tomatoes, quartered
5- 1 sprig of curry leaves
Cooking Method:
1- Sauté chicken meat with Asian Meals Meat Curry paste in a wok with onions.
2- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until meat is cooked.
3- Add 120ml of water, and mix well.
4- Add in the tomatoes and curry leaves to stir fry until dry. Ready to serve.

Clams Rendang With AsianMeals Rendang Curry Paste
Ingredients:
1- 120gm of Asian Meals Rendang Curry paste
2- 500gm fresh clams
3- 60ml of coconut milk
4- 1 stalk lemongrass (optional)
Cooking Method:
1- Preheat pot to add in Asian Meals Rendang Curry paste.
2- Add in clams and lemongrass, and mix well.
3- Pour in coconut milk, then bring to boil.
4- Cover with lid and simmer for 3 minutes, until clams open up. Best served with white rice.
