Refund Policy

  • Exchange Policy:

Only item with manufacturing defects will be eligible for exchange.
Manufacturing defects such as: leakages, moulds, and fungus

Exchange request with clear photos of the defects must be submitted to email address b2c@carefood.com within 3 days of receiving the products.
Shipping costs for product exchange will be borne by customer.

All products will be properly sealed and packed before sending out to customers. Damages occurred during delivery by courier services are not the responsibility of the seller.
Please note that we do not issue exchange, or refunds for buyer's change of mind.


  • Return / Cancellation Policy:

All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis.
Orders with confirmed payment are not allowed for cancellation.
No refund or return of all products will be accommodated.
