Imperial Salmon Fillets
(Using Malaysian Stir-Fry Sauce)
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 packets (200g/7oz) Malaysian Stir-Fry Sauce by AsianMeals®
- 4 salmon fillets approx. 1 1/4 lbs (550g), sliced
- 1/4 cup (15g] fresh ginger root, peeled and julienned
- 1/4 cup (15g] scallions or green onions, sliced
- 1 small fresh cucumber, sliced for garnish
METHOD
Marinate the salmon for 10 minutes with the sauce. Pan-fry fish with ginger and scallions until the fish is cooked.
OPTIONAL - "NEST OF NOODLES"
For a dish that's sure to impress, create a crispy bed of noodles for the salmon. First, soak a handful of rice vermicelli (1 oz / 30g) for 1 minute in water, then drain dry. Heat the oil until it's very hot, then deep-fry the vermicelli until crispy. Scoop up the vermicelli, drain any excess oil and place the noodles on a dish. Serve the salmon on top.

Black Pepper Grilled Chicken
(Using Malaysian Black Pepper Sauce)

Ingredients
- 2 packets (200g/7oz) Malaysian Black Pepper Sauce by AsianMeals®
- 4 chicken breast fillets approx. 1 1/3 lbs (600g)
- 1 small bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 baby romaine lettuce leaves
METHOD
Marinate the chicken with the sauce for 1 to 3 hours. Grill over medium heat until cooked, while occasionally basting with the sauce. Serve with salad and drizzle on sauce for the finishing touch.

Lemongrass Curry Steak
(Using Malaysian Lemongrass Curry Sauce)

Ingredients
- 2 packets (200g/7oz) Malaysian Lemongrass Curry Sauce by AsianMeals®
- 1/2 cup (100ml] skim milk or low-fat yogurt
- 2lbs (900g) beefsteak
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/3 cup (70g) green beans, blanched
- 1 small sprig fresh parsley for garnish
METHOD
Mix the sauce with skim milk or yogurt. Saute the steak with the mixture and simmer until cooked. Pan-fry the potatoes until golden brown. Slice the
beef and serve it with potatoes and beans.

Summer Medley Beef Salad
(Using Malaysian Satay Sauce)
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 packets (200g/7oz) Malaysian Satay Sauce by AsianMeals®
- 1 3/4 Ibs (800g) beef. cubed
- 1 small fresh cucumber, sliced thinly
- 2 baby lettuce leaves
- 4 fresh baby beets, quartered
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 20 yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
METHOD
Season the beef cubes with sea salt, then sear over high heat until desired doneness or skewer and BBQ. Toss the vegetables together, place on a platter and
top with the beef cubes or skewers. Drizzle with the sauce and serve.

- 8 pieces of jumbo shrimp, shelled with tail on
- 12 wanton wrappers, julienned
- 1 egg white
- 1 medium ripe mango, diced
- Vegetable oil for deep-frying

METHOD

- 4 whole chicken breasts approx. 1 1/3 Ibs 1600g
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 2 iceberg lettuce leaves, julienned
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 red cabbage leaf, julienned
- 1 teaspoon [10g] roasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup (7g) fresh mint leaves, whole
METHOD
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Pan-fry until cooked. Toss the vegetables with pineapple sauce. Slice the chicken and serve with the tossed vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with mint leaves.
